Elan (Tanzer) Lennard

I enjoy taking a brilliant product vision and making it a reality.

With 20 years in the software business, most recently as a member of the executive team of a small software company as leader of Development, Product Management, QA, and Support for the consumer applications division, I’ve seen the impact of good and bad product lifecycle processes within large and small companies. I have always been determined to create high quality products that answer problems for many customers having learned lessons over the years including reducing support costs through improved usability, better customer engagement through root problem solving, and communicating product value in terms anyone can understand.

I’ve recently returned to Los Angeles after 9 years in Cambridge, a hub of technology where I spent my free time acting as a mentor at Seedcamp London (Europe’s largest start-up accelerator), a member of the organising committee for the Cambridge Product Management Network, speaking at software events, travelling the world whenever possible, taking photographs, and helping to get the Cambridge Science Centre off the ground.
